The last twelve months have been exceptionally exciting for the company, as we have witnessed Al Maabar’s projects moving from the planning hases into actual implementation. Our participation in Abu Dhabi Cityscape 2011 once again showcases our projects to a global audience. The level of positive feedback that we have received from Abu Dhabi’s government, shareholders, partners and host nation countries bears witness not only to our credibility, but also to our continued commitment to excellence.

Our January 2011 agreement with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. to debut the first St. Regis® Amman and The Residences at The St. Regis Amman in Jordan is testament to the trust that reputed brands have in our strategic approach and business model.

Similarly, we have launched the enabling works for phase one of Marsa Zayed, the largest real estate development in the history of the region. Our project in Morocco, Bab Al Bahr, is at an advanced stage and our sales campaign has been met with an overwhelming response from both national and oversea buyers.

We have no doubt that 2011 will be yet another remarkable year for us as we move forward in the various phases of our projects. Building on the successes of 2010, we plan to further advance our clear-cut mission of creating exciting destination development projects that add real value to our partners and host nations.
