The inauguration of Sheikh Zayed Masjid in Aqaba, Jordan, took place with the laying of the foundation stone, which gave blessing to the start of Marsa Zayed’s first phase of construction.

Our flagship Marsa Zayed project – the largest development project in the history of the region – was also honoured with two coveted International Property awards, a celebration of the highest levels of achievement in mixed-use property development. 2013 promises to be another exciting year for our project milestones, which include the completion of Marsa Zayed’s phase one infrastructure works and the beginning of superstructure works for both Marsa Zayed’s Al Raha Village and the Amman St. Regis development.

In Morocco, Phase 1 of Bab Al Bahr was delivered; our iconic mixed-use development in the heart of Rabat, comprising of the Marina and River Fronts; a testimony of the success story between the UAE and Morocco. We also announced the commencement of Phase 2; the City of Arts and its charming new units and retail entities of cafes and shops.

As projects progress from a mere vision to a reality and set new benchmarks for world-class excellence across the Middle East and North Africa, it is our long-standing belief that the projects we are shaping today will one day be the crossing ground that connects the region to the world.
